Upcoming Events 2012

During the first half of the year, we will be attending or exhibiting at the following conferences.  Please be sure to stop by our booth or arrange for a time to meet up, we would like to hear about your successes in implementation and operation of SAP and SIEMENS PLM solutions.

In the realms of Microsoft Office, CAD, PLM, DMS and ERP systems, our trade show experiences have proven to create an environment in which knowledgeable professionals can interact in a more effective manner. With such a long list of attendees and endless resources, it is a great time to gather information and compare challenges and solutions within your industry.

SEAL Systems will be exhibiting solutions for the automatic Distribution, Conversion and Publishing of business objects and all supporting document attachments from various PLM systems. We encourage everyone attending to visit us and share feedback on our solutions or discuss best practices within your business processes. As a thank you for visiting us, we will be raffling a Kindle Fire as well as other great prizes to all visitors.

On March 4^th-7^th you will find SEAL at the SAP-Centric EAM  in San Antonio, TX, held exclusively for the Enterprise Asset Management community. During the event we will participate in the exhibit hall as well as several sessions and discussions with other EAM professionals. You will find us at booth 20.

On March 19^th-22^nd we will be joining the PLM Insider group in Orlando, FL for the PLM Insider 2012. This event has over 200 sessions highlighting efficiencies within the Product Life Cycle module of SAP. While we will not be an exhibitor here, a SEAL member will be attending the session and participating in the networking opportunities.

On May 7^th-10^th, we will exhibit at the annual PLM World 2012 in Las Vegas, NV. This event is held for the SIEMENS PLM community. We will be exhibiting our Teamcenter Unified solutions for Conversion, Distribution and Publishing of structures and all supporting items.

On May 14^th-16^th we will exhibit at the annual SAP SAPPHIRENOW held in Orange County, FL where several SAP professionals will be discussing new SAP products and solutions.

ASUG Community Focus 2011

ASUG hosted another great show! This time we traveled to Anaheim, CA to attend ASUG’s Community focus. This is an annual conference to bring together members of the ASUG community and their collective SAP interests. This show was filled with SAP knowledge, innovation and best practices.

 SEAL Systems, Inc displayed a booth at the Community Focus show for a chance to meet other SAP interested ASUG members. 2011 proved that the hot topics in the SAP community for ASUG members are EAM, PLM, SCM and CRM. And let’s not forget the “sub – hot topics” including Mobility in the workforce and SAP HANA. It was the perfect time to get perspective on new business processes developing within all business areas. 

SAP Convert - Distribute - Publish

Convert - It is essential to any company to have a uniform document format allowing for various output channels, long term storage and important status change data to be recorded, eliminating the time spent manually to perform each of these tasks.With SEAL, formats retrieved from various locations are converted to PDF, PDF/A or TIFF on a separate server for EAM, PLM, SCM and DMS systems.

Distribute – Reduce time spent manually completing each document distribution process and become a leader in efficiency. With SEAL, companies can automatically Identify and collect SAP objects (PM, PP, MM, SD, PUR) and their supporting document attachments, bundle them together into a sequenced packet with stamps and watermarks and deliver to any destination within an enterprise, print or digital.  

Publish - To ensure security and time management within output, SEAL has the capabilities to automatically generate document handbooks, manuals and catalogs. All relevant documents are collected, structured and converted automatically and arranged according to the design you choose. The final product is then delivered to its final destination, print or digital.

This year’s attendee list reached 450 and proved to be a great opportunity to meet the utility community. SEAL participated by having a drawing for a NOOK. We also provided a grab bag full of utilities gadgets for attendees holding a winning number.
