Attach and Convert Files with SAP DMS

Click on this video for a brief, detailed demonstration on how you can attach and convert files within SAP DMS. Simply attach a word (excel, CAD, image, etc) to an existing Document Record (DIR) stored within SAP DMS. Once the set has been “approved” or has a status change, it can them be converted to PDF format and bundled together into a complete packet. The final PDF packet is stamped and watermarked with important company data, dates, times, etc. This final packet is then stored in the DMS securely providing company peace of mind.
