SEAL Systems Announces Participation
SAPPHIRE® NOW
Glendale, Ariz, April 30, 2012 – SEAL Systems today announced it will participate in the SAPPHIRE® NOW and ASUG Annual Conference, being held May 14-16 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. SEAL Systems will exhibit in booth 2417a, where it will showcase solutions that can deliver efficient document output along with file format conversion of 40+ formats. In addition, a SEAL Systems executive will give a presentation on corporate output management solutions at the conference.

It is standard that documents are linked or attached to objects through formats including objects for services, operational production resources/tools and document records. Such documents are vital for the performance of a company’s internal and external operations. Currently, users manually collect documents linked to items such as purchase orders, maintenance orders, and bill of materials, which can be time consuming and can lead to a number of errors. SEAL Systems’ solutions and products – including its Document Conversion Suite and Document Output Management Suite, both SAP-certified as powered by the SAP NetWeaver® technology platform – automatically collect SAP® objects and all linked document attachments; convert them to a universal format; bundle them into a packet; and add stamps, watermarks, and page numbers for the purpose of distribution or publishing.
Additionally, information distribution and printing processes can require time-consuming maintenance and lead to lack of document control. Printing from several work stations is a necessary operation; however, it is not always reliable, as users or processes do not always get the right information or the status of the print jobs. At SAPPHIRE NOW, SEAL Systems will present the corporate output management solution from SEAL Systems and the forms management application from Cartago Software®.

Corporate output management allows all print jobs to be controlled from a single location. With a single point of administration, companies can capitalize on a decrease in costs associated with printing projects, large or small. Job tracking, load balancing and an automatic reaction if an error occurs allows for a reduction in manual processes, which can then lead to a reduction in errors. In addition, corporate output management provides an option to implement electronic distribution processes instead of paper-based distribution, which can actively save resources.

“More and more companies are looking for ways to eliminate their document insecurity and printing issues, “said David Salamanek, CEO, SEAL Systems. “Our solutions for corporate output management and document output, including conversions, can provide optimization of workflows and operations. We encourage SAPPHIRE NOW attendees to schedule a time to meet with representatives of SEAL Systems at the show to discuss our solutions, business requirements and how we can meet them.”
