How do you TDP?

We are excited about the new features of our out-of-the-box software that helps companies package and transmit files to their supply chain and various business connections.  Following is a brief summary of this software, if you feel there may be a need for this type of solution in your company, please contact us!

How do you TDP (Transmit Document Packages)?

With our new Document Distribution Platform (DDP) solution, you can collect and deliver transmittal packages directly out of Teamcenter to vendors, suppliers, or other businesses.  The DDP provides a simple to use interface, directly in Teamcenter for your users, which enables the collection of structures and items, and automated package distribution and notification to their intended recipients.  The transmittal package is stored in Teamcenter, can follow a workflow with status updates, and even distribute file differential packages on the fly or during a workflow step.  Similar function is available for distributing structures with all associated documents, graphics and drawings.

Need to convert drawings, graphics and other formats to TIFF/PDF?

In addition to transmittals, we can also convert 40+ file formats into PDF/TIF, adding stamps and watermarks, and signature pages. This conversion can occur during check in, within the workflow, during signoffs, etc. If you would like more information, please contact us.
